Introduction
Training is about developing new skills, learning new ways of being and doing, and becoming more. Training provides a focussed approach, a safe space to acquire and practise new skills. Training is, of course, most effective when the training is relevant and applicable to you, introducing you to skills that you believe to be and value as beneficial.
Most of my training events include access to all of the training materials once you have completed the training programme, and this often includes recordings of the key skills, a continuing reminder and refresher of what you have learned. I also offer with some programmes the option to have two or three follow up 1-2-1 sessions at no extra costs.
