7 Steps Towards Happiness
A one day workshop via Zoom on Saturday 12th September 2020 at 10.00am to explore 7 steps we can all take towards a greater sense of happiness. There is a surprising amount of research into what makes us happy and what we can do to improve our underlying sense of happiness.
The workshop explores the concept of happiness, the actions and attitudes we can all adopt, and the importance of having plans. With plenty of interactive exercises and lots of information, this workshop is the first step towards greater happiness which in turn will help you become better, be more, and be differently.
