The link between good sleep, and our physical and mental well-being is well-documented and there is an increasing body of evidence which highlights just how important sleep is. We all know when we've not had enough sleep, and how we feel after a good night's sleep. And for some, a good night's sleep is hard to achieve.

The Better Sleep​ workshop is a two day event which includes planning sleep strategies, steps to overcome some of the barriers to sleep, and re-anchoring sleep to being in bed.

This two day event is an opportunity for learning, asking questions, and mastering the techniques.
