Better Sleep.

Sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.

The link between good sleep, and our physical and mental well-being is well-documented and there is an increasing body of evidence which highlights just how important sleep is. We all know when we've not had enough sleep, and how we feel after a good night's sleep. And for some, a good night's sleep is hard to achieve.

The Better Sleep​ programme consists of a one day training event and three individual coaching sessions, one before the training event and two after. The pre-course coaching session is to establish your sleep issues, what you want to achieve and to do some preparation work for the training event. The training event includes planning sleep strategies, steps to overcome some of the barriers to sleep, and re-anchoring sleep to being in bed. The two post-course coaching sessions are designed to clear up any unresolved issues, and adjust any strategies which could be working more effectively.

​This programme is limited to six people per event, ensuring maximum opportunity for learning, questions, and mastering the techniques.
