A first full session, of up to 2 hours, costs £50. Each subsequent session, of up to 1 hour, costs £40. In most cases, the initial work can be done in two sessions. Once the initial work is done, I offer three further sessions of up to 30 minutes in the following three months at no extra cost. These shorter sessions are to check on progress, offer any additional support, and revisit any of the techniques, if needed.
