I have a duty to manage and store all data securely and ensuring that all the data that I hold is current and relevant. I adhere to all relevant legislation and I am registered with the Information Commissioner.

​Coaching Clients
I keep records of all the coaching sessions which I deliver, and I share those records with each client. I keep no other information, other than financial records, and I keep all coaching records for five years, in line with my professional insurance.

Mailing Lists
I have the option for people to sign up to a mailing list. I do not share that list, and all those on the list are free to unsubscribe at any time. I do not add anyone to the mailing list, and this includes coaching clients and those who attend my training events.

Training Events
I organise training events, sometimes through third-party applications and sometimes directly through my website. I have access to minimal data to manage attendance and communicate with delegates as they sign up for an event. I hold no other information, and I only hold this information until the event is complete. I do collect anonymous feedback on events.
