Introduction
Think for a moment about what you want to do, who you want to be, and what you want to have. And think about all the things you tell yourself, about yourself, which justify not doing what you want to do, having what you want to have, and being who you want to be. Notice how often you tell yourself those things, and notice how long you've been doing this. And now imagine believing the opposite. Take a moment to consider all the options, choices and possibilities that suddenly become possible. How amazing and exciting is that?
Releasing Limiting Beliefs and Negative Emotions
Time Line Therapy™ is a powerful technique which allows us to release negative emotions and limiting beliefs, those emotions and beliefs which hold us back and prevent us from having the life that we want to live. It's a process which mimics what our unconscious mind does most of the time, storing events and emotions from the past, allowing us to access memories and the associated emotion, without having the relive the event or the emotion. Once we've released the negative emotions, we can do the same with the limiting belief, undoing the limiting decision that we installed, maybe consciously and more likely unconsciously. Crucially, the technique avoids those significant emotional events, focussing on the gestalt of the emotions, and addressing the root cause.
